- Our policy lasts 30 days.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- For your purchase to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send pictures of the item and its defects to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- World Smart will provide a free return shipping label to the email address provided that you may print and attach to any package to return your item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credited to your original credit card or method of payment.
- The time it takes for your refund to process may be 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
